yeh im not looking at 'tracking' this car so weight isn't an issue with the system. i just wanna be cool driving around the hills in it :)

i have found a brand new supercharged one that was sitting on a shelf here in Adelaide and will be going in next week. Very fortunate to find it but the hip pocket will be a little lighter for a while...

You can use a a/c compressor from the 4age, just need to change over pulley assy and valve body. I have done this myself and it worked fine. I replaced all the o-rings with new ones to suit the new gas while at it (plus every other o-ring in the entire system).

Its the white/silver 2 tone paint as well!!!

Thanks Mrskylighter, i will look into that :) I'm not to keen on used parts that have unknown history but its on the table

You probably already know that they are unique compared to the normal 4age ones as they have a rotation sensor in them. I'd buy that used one for spares or just to use.

Hi all, my A/C compressor is leaking and i was wondering if anybody has a good idea about how to resolve it.
I have 3 options at the moment:

1. Get a new non-supercharged compressor and swap over the bits
2. Get somebody to rebuild the one i have
3. Source a used supercharged one that works

I personally think no.2 is the way to go but I'm open for suggestions
