Did my homework a couple of weeks ago had the same issue 1st to 2nd & 3rd to 2nd. Dumped gear oil and replaced with Redline MT-90 GL-4 gear oil sorted out my issues even at circuit club track day didn't miss or crunch a gear.

Can anyone recommend the best fluid... i remember when I first test drove this car, I was able to change from 1st to 2nd gear quite quickly... but then I got the car serviced and asked them to change the fluid... doesn't shift as smooth and quickly like I remember... any recommendations?
