I bought the car like this... It moves but only like 500rpm... I've had the cluster fixed but don't think he did &amp;nbsp;anything... He tested it and showed me the rev tach is working on his test bench... I even replaced the entire cluster with a used cluster and it's still not working... So I know it's not the capacitor, what else could it be?
