(Road and Track)</title><description>be aware, toytoa graded their cranks and are sized for Toyota graded bearings only. its easy to end up with far too much oil&amp;nbsp;clearance&amp;nbsp;if you use off-the-shelf standard bearings (ACL, Clevite, King etc) and you crank is on the low limit (very common) or has has more than about 0.0005"&amp;nbsp;wear (quite common)&lt;br/&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br/&gt;we always grind road car engine cranks to the 'high limit" to keep clearances to a minimum . for race engines, the bearings are fitted to the rods and block, measured, and cranks ground to suit&lt;br/&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br/&gt;if you have no luck finding one locally to you, call or email me&lt;br/&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br/&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br/&gt;</description><link>https://www.classic-ford.org/mr2/mr2play/FindPost/121370</link><pubDate>Mon, 06 Jul 2015 08:58:16 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title>Re: WTB: 3sgte or 3sge crank shaft - in good condition. (Carmikey)</title><description>After getting another replacement crank, purchased as a '3sge' crankshaft, I found out it was different.... not a 3sge or 3sgte crank.&lt;br&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br&gt;Now, once again, I'm on the hunt for a replacement crank shaft. &amp;nbsp;I picked up another one &amp;amp; fitted into the engine, only to realise that is was from a 3sfe (slightly smaller diameter where the flywheel bolts on). &amp;nbsp;&lt;br&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br&gt;If anyone knows of a 3sge or gte crank shaft, please let me know. &amp;nbsp;(need one in standard size) as I have already purchased all the standard size bearing etc to suit.&lt;br/&gt;</description><link>https://www.classic-ford.org/mr2/mr2play/FindPost/121349</link><pubDate>Sat, 04 Jul 2015 21:49:24 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title>Re: WTB: 3sge crank &amp; standard cam shafts - in good condition.
