Correct - you use the coat hanger hook. The bolt that comes with the car seat is usually the correct pitch/thread for it.

Would this need engineering approval as it's not a factory seat mount.

The other issue is may have is running the strap through my sparco seat.

Ohhh ok thats great then. So do I need to remove the plastic shield out of the way to install it? Ill have a look at my car later today. Thabk you so much.

Yeah, I have installed anchor hook into the coat hanger hook behind head rest as mentioned above.
Works fine. ..just need to find a correct threaded long bolt.

I tried looking in the manual book, no mention of the anchor point so I thought of maybe one of you guys/ girls may have done this before

Would it be the bolt directly behind the seats that attaches the coat hanger hook?
