The ones in that picture are modified versions of the mk1b as mentioned by MCT. From memory the owner used some motorbike rear lights to get the four round light effect.

They are from the jdm mk1b model (87-89). You need the tail lights and the centre panel, and full size standard number plates need to be bent to fit in place. As for getting a set, either post in the wanted to buy section, or contact gorilla industries on this forum.
