Thanks Tony summed it up well and to everyone that came along today. I was glad the weather forecast was wrong and the rain held off for a warm sunny day full of adventures thru some awesome mix of roads.. Finished up with a meal at the salt bar Kingscliff followed by a splash at the beach to cool off..
To those who had there day cut short i hope you get things sorted out and see you guys back out on future runs.

Wow, what a great drive. Big thank you to Danny and anyone involved in making today possible.

Too many great things to mention - freeway, hills into the mountains with Ocean on one side and valleys rivers and dam on the other... Constant balance of good twisting corners and long sweeping corners... Forest, sub rain forest, city, towns, cane fields, every type of surrounding..... down into NSW and to the beach.

Everyone was super nice to us (newbies), my wife and I had a great time.

I don't want to get started other than to say cyclists must be banned from those roads or in future run over! Regards to those who ended up worse off from the cyclists.

I will have a plus one - wifey loves the beach, and I am sure she will have some love for the MR2 when it's all fixed up.....
