Cheers guys have been looking around and saw one for 3.5k but with a damaged front bumper. Might look into it a bit more and see how it goes. Thanks for the replies too!

You'll get one for that price. Lucky you don't seem too fussed on spec as you won't get any of the better examples for that price. Just aim for one with good solid mechanicals.

Hi everybody, I am currently looking for an SW20 in nsw. I have driven a 3200gt, a corolla ascent and a mini before. But have developed a liking for the MR2 due to its unique personality compared to the other cars i have seen. I have been on gumtree and carsales but only a handful of them have really caught my eye. So im trying to find some luck with the enthusiasts to see whether some petrolheads have an Sw20 lurking about.

Turbo is not necessary, auto or manual is fine (preferably manual), targa or not is fine. Whichever colour is alright. Basically a working SW20 to get from home to school and is working will be fine.

Price i'm willing to pay is around 5k and not anymore since i've seen some which were 3.5-4.5k before. Cheers guys!
