A price range/tag would be recommended I think, as it would stop genuine buyers from thinking they might be low balling you, and the actual low ballers from wasting your time with stupid offers :) if that makes sense
Re: FS: [ADEL] 1991 MR2 SW20 N/A (xeon8)

I understand I was probably asking too much - I'm open to any offers now.
Re: FS: [ADEL] 1991 MR2 SW20 N/A (rikkir)

It does seem a bit pricey, i paid $9k for my 97 with only 125,000 genuine kms on it. It is a clean, non turbo example with the 5 speed manual transmission. It is Australian delivered with 214,500 genuine kilometres. Do not be afraid of the high number though, it has been maintained carefully and the car runs like clockwork.

I am the third owner of this car, and have the service history which dates back to when the second owner purchased the car. Since I took ownership of the car I have replaced the suspension, wheels and tyres, fixed the drivers side T-Top leak as well as carrying out a few basic maintenance items (oils and fluids, filters and spark plugs).

Thousands of dollars (receipts to prove) have been thrown at the car in maintenance and modifications, and the way the car presents itself is the true representation of this. Timing belt and water pump have recently been replaced, giving the motor a new lease on life for another 100,000kms. The air conditioner has also been freshly re-gassed.

The car has a few small dents and stone chips as expected of 25 year old car, though on the whole it is in excellent condition inside and out.

Further information:

*Timing belt and water pump have just been done* ($1000)

Suspension: KYB Excel-G shock absorbers, TEIN S-Tech springs, Whiteline 20mm front and rear sway bars and polyurethane bushings.

Wheels: Enkei RS-01 17x8 +35 & 17x9 +38 - black centres with semi-polished lip.

Tyres: Yokohama A-Drive [AR01] [205/45/17 and 225/45/17] - 98% tread remaining.

In car entertainment: Kenwood KDC-X8019BT head unit running Alpine Type-S 6.5" 2-way door speakers and stock rear speakers.

Steering wheel: Isotta MegII (ADR approved, with certificate) which is wearing out, Isotta collapsible (ADR approved) boss kit.

Bodywork: Rev2 taillight conversion with quad tail light mod, clear front and side indicators.

Other things worth noting: Solid brass shifter bushings, short shifter with titanium shift knob, LED dash conversion, GFB aluminium crankshaft pulley, LED parkers and license plate lights.

(Centre caps are on the wheels, but just not in this picture)

Old photo not showing the short shifter and new gear knob.

Contact via PM.

Cheers,

Nick.
