Carmikey and myself need help from someone in Sydney who is planning on going to track day.... I'm selling my Lenso D1R and Carmikey wants to buy them but needs someone to pick it up from my place and give it to carmikey at the track? Can one assist? Pretty sure Carmikey would throw in a hug for the favour...

I'm sure someone will be able to help, I'm already bringing something from Newcastle for him. This should probably be on the 2017 event thread tho.

So very sorry about my bonnet not closing properly when I drop it. This was my error for not double checking it. This will not happen again, I have learnt and very embarrassed about it.

I highly recommend these flush mount style bonnet latches.

Play safe. Add bonnet pins.

Sorry agree with the flush mount catches. Protruding bonnet pins are now illegal on registered vehicles.

It's far better to have a headache and disappointment over interrupted timings than have a fatality or serious injury occur.

Everyone made it home in one piece, majority were happy once again with the event.

Totally not your fault Steve, you were acting with the safety of everyone in mind. I guess I'm gonna have to come back next year to try to win my class :)
