3sgte mr2 injectors wont fire (MRTWO)

Hey guys I have been trying to start my mr2 as I haven't driven it in 3 years, it just doesnt want to start.

I have checked the fuel pump dizzy injectors fuses ect but cant find the problem

Basically the injectors wont fire, only when there given 12 v direct will they fire.
