I wont be pushing it as the car is not in its best shape, but it's a good test for the chassis post roll cage.

That looks really good Rick. Sounds good too. You must be pleased with the way you have got the car all set up now. Credit to you considering where you are. Well done.

Thanks. I'm not actually happy with the recorded sound, the camera mike picked up more external sounds and not enough of the motor. It actually sounds a lot better in the car. I'm going to put an external mike in the engine bay in future.
Damn that Lamborghini sounded nice though.

The Beams definitely had more top end power but I'm hampered by additional weight from things like my audio system (2 amps, multiple speakers etc) and I probably weigh twice what Mike does lol. The fact I managed to slightly beat Mikes time is a testament to the Beams power, not my driving skill (or lack thereof lol).

Great photos. Thanks, I like close-ups so we can actually see details of the cars and identify the blokes. Looks as though you all had a really good turn up for the dinner and an excellent day for testing on track. Well done.
Mike How did the NA perform? Beams eater or chaser ? Much in it between the two ? Cheers.

Hey doug, yeah was a top night & day out.
N/A sw20 ran sweet & felt solid all day....even after steve gave it a floggin!
As for its performance, a little frustrating power wise, but only just behind beams down straight.. very little in it. I managed a 1:29 in it, so pretty happy with it. (I think rick got a 1:29 also).
Had some really good battles against my aw11 & ricks beams. .. they were all very closely matched.
Can't wait till MTC!!!

1:29.33 A lot of cars on the track made it hard to get a clean lap, but we had lots of fun. Pity you weren't there Lucas, I was looking forward to seeing your car, I guess I'll have to wait until Wakefield now..
