That's a little disappointing. However it confirms my suspicion that my car must have been an extra from Akira or Ghost In The Shell.

Normal cars don't randomly immobilise themselves every time someone tries to steal them, looks at them maliciously or their owner leaves them to suffer in the punishingly hot sun all day. :P

I think mine would be called 'Soundbeam', coz of the Sonic Silver colour and the Beams engine.
