This is a great car reminds me of the one I had almost exactly like this. It was the best ADUB I had and best fun (have had 6 now including 2 SC s) I'd love to own this but wife would not be happy as now have Sw20.
Don't be too hasty to change wheels etc you'll get a buyer for such a great car. GL.

I told him Auto MR2's are a fairly rare thing, especially when he is looking at around spending $4000 for something that needs no running repairs.
I don't think she really cares whether its ADUB or SDUB tho. She just doesn't want to do the extra to get her manual licence.

Could probably do standard wheels, tyres and struts(as she probably doesn't need the Konis/lowered springs) for $3,000 but can't do much about the gearbox except it's awesome manual shift for someone that wants a manual :-)

History: This car has been my project for the last few years, it was quite 'unloved' at the beginning but now it's basically finished and it's time to move on to the next project.

Good Points: Good and straight body, engine is strong, gearbox has been replaced and is silky smooth, all suspension bushes done (polyurethane) - TwosRUs, all tie rods ends and ball joints done, TwoRUs rear tie rods, front inner tie rods done, Koni adjustable shocks and lowered springs, front & rear TwosRUs droplinks running standard swaybars, front adjustable camber plates, camshaft oil leak repaired, waterpump new, belts new, alternator replaced recently, timing belt new, 6.5KG black mags and Pirellis. Pioneer deck with bluetooth. Pioneer 4" speakers all round (still needs subwoofer), TRD gear knob, very clean interior, black aftermarket Porsche electric aerial ;-) , custom rear number plate holder, rear spoiler with brake light, slightly more efficient exhaust with nice note, all electrics working, many interior bits purchased from the UK and USA to get it looking original and nice. (It did have leather seats and door cards but I am keeping them for the new one). There is probably other stuff I have forgotten. A lot of work has been done by Peter Day of Road 2 Race. Oh, new brake rotors and pads (just standard ones - RDA) - stops great! Very regularly serviced - Nulon Synthetic 15W50 Street & Track + TRD Oil Filter, new air filter(original not pod), plugs, red Arospeed cables, distributor cap, rotor, spark plugs recently replaced. Wheel alignment/balance 2 weeks ago.

Is there anything left to be done: There is always something to do. There's a very slight leak from the distributor that I haven't fixed yet as it's not a great concern. I think I should have got the bonnet resprayed - it's a bit patchy.

Other Info: Enjoy driving around town with tight gokart-like handling or track it and learn how to drive better. That's what I have done with my son but it's time to move on to the next project :-) .
