Avcr - boost controller installation - too much boost (Guest)

Hi,
Has anyone in nsw or qld had a avcr electronic boost controller installed - if so who did it for you?

I have read the install guides but I am not confident. My 1993 mr2 turbo is creating too much boost (20psi and above) so I have the avcr and looking for someone reliable to look at and sort it.
