If so, mine is the same at low speed, and apparently it's caused by the speedo cable.&lt;br/&gt;As for the tacho, if it's working but just reading the wrong value, then it's probably the 2 capacitors on the little circuit behind the tacho. That happened to mine too, and it was totally fixed by replacing the capacitors shown in the photo below.
