Newbie needs help (and so does the car!) (Ballzy)

Hi Guys
Can anyone please recommend a good engine guy on the gold coast. I just bought an AW11 that's had a 4AGE silver top transplant, it's got the big K&N pod filter and an oversized exhaust. It (I think) has a standard (silver top) ECU. The problem, it runs so, and I mean sooooooooooo rich, it's like the sensors are not working. I understand the theory, but am completely S**T at the practice :). Can anyone recommend someone on the gold coast that might be able to solve my engine woes?
