Indeed. Rich as. Also caused return line to leak at join near tank.

Good one to find. That would have made the engine run very rich. Is this what led you to the blockage?

Further to blocked return fuel line on 3sgte.
Car had been sitting for several years, removed tank last night and return line near the pump was blocked with gunk.
cleaned line, replaced tank and car running fine.
