That's entirely a matter of opinion & a can of worms. Suggest you try get behind the wheel of one.

Having owned 1-2 in the past, I can say they are an excellent drivers car with that old skool relative lightweight bare basics appeal. In stock form, they're not fast. Much like an MX5, not fast, yet fun.

They are both different, both fantastic, both have their own pros / cons.. I can never choose one over the other, hence why I own both models : -)
