(Paw11)

Definitely looks like wiring to an alarm module. Looks like like an old alarm bracket in the background of the photo.

It will probably splice into the wires at the back of the ignition barrel. Expect a lot of twisted together wires and electrical tape if it is a standard aftermarket alarm fit. You may also have to rejoin a few wires when you pull it out - if the old alarm had an immobilizer function.

I pulled a bundle of similar junk wiring out of my car - very satisfying, makes everything much tidier

Re: Can anyone identify this loom/plug? But that would normally be in the cabin.
Re: Can anyone identify this loom/plug? (DumpsterMummy)

Hey guys,

I think this is a long shot, but there is this loom in the front of my SW20, located on the drivers side just in front of the strut tower/behind the headlight. I've known about it ever since I've owned the car, but never bothered to see where it goes, but tonight I figured I'd have a look. However, I can't see where it leads but its dark and I couldn't really find out where it went. I took some photos of it tonight to see if anyone can help identify it. (I don't even know if its OEM stuff or not haha)

anyways here are some pics.

Thanks
