The only way I can think to find out would be by the part numbers of the item you need.
Compare USDM part numbers with JDM or ADM cars .

Hey guys, this is my first post.
I have a 1987 MR2 and I was wondering if I'd be able to replace the rear left quarter panel on my Australian MR2 with an American one. Are there any differences between the cars such as the layout of the engine which would impact on doing this?
