few days so i couldn't reply
thanks i will chase that one up.
Meanwhile i went to my local auto trimmers and they want $800 for the soft top and believe it or not $1500 at least to install it lol.(a hard top will be cheaper)
so it looks like i have some thinking to do and there is no hurry as i don't leave the car out in the rain and it only has some small holes at this stage

thanks for the replies guys

Sat, 12 brought a few parts off the black one they had last year and i believe it was all reasonably priced.
A decent hardtop imported from japan via Gorilla industries will be around $2500 (what i paid earlier this year) but the hardtop is definitely worth the money, makes the car a lot better brought it.
If your after a hardtop maybe speak with gorilla industries to see if they can import one as very rare to find one for sale here in oz.
Here's a guide to uninstall your soft top
<a href="http://www.mr2roc.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=24229" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" ?-last call for advice B4 I order (spyderman)

Unfortunately I had no reply to my last post on this subject (probably cause i was a new dumass and put it in brakes lol)

There are 3 or so options on ebay but the best looks to be EZ-ON ? because of its inclusions in workmanship (water management flaps etc),fitment grantee, warranty and fitting instructions that can be emailed to you.
It costs around $600 delivered and other than going to a motor trimmer who will have my car for a few days I think its the best option as I only found 1 from a 2000 model being wrecked second hand and they wanted a ridiculous $800 for a 13 year old roof lol
That said i would rather a hard top but don't even know where to start ? anyone ?

so if anyone has another hard or soft top to sell, opinion or experience please share it before i order and make a mistake

Cheerz

Mon, 07 Jul 2014 18:51:56
