Sorry Lucas I got the jump on this one (eternal thanks to mrskylighter). LSD box is a direct replacement, only obvious difference is the LSD which is internal. Another minor difference is the speedo drive is electrical with the beams box as opposed to the older mechanical drives

If you're looking for just the LSD there's a guy/vendor on the spyderchat forums selling helical LSDs (taken from ZZW30s) which also fit S54. He quoted me $575 w/shipping to straya. Otherwise there's OBX which have inconsistent reviews but go for peanuts ~$350 + shipping

Never know when a sweet deal like this might pop up again tho :)

It's on hold for Tree as he said his going to out a deposit down for it. If he doesn't I'll let you know.

Noob question, does an LSD S54 replace a non-LSD S54 without any further mods? I cant see why not, but I thought I'll ask :)
