Images could always be uploaded directly.

Thanks Glen - appreciate the response; At the time I set up the external hosting as the only way to upload images; It's great that images can now be uploaded directly; I'll have a look at some editing to renew/resolve the older posts, and ditch Photobucket in the meantime, as I only used it for the MR2 build photos purpose

This is not a problem with the forum. Photobucket must have changed the URL of your photos.
An example is this one - http://i891.photobucket.com/albums/ac115/bobby_dazzler/IMAG0139.jpg
Accessing this directly has the same result.
It is best and easier to upload your photos directly to the forum rather than an external hosting service.
The last couple of version upgrades to this software has made major improvements to the photo upload capability.

Hey Guys,

It has been a while between drinks, but the bug has caught again, and I'm about to pursue a staged race car build for my 2000GT V6 turbo custom wide body; Since my absence, I've noticed a lot of forum changes, and improvements - great stuff, and happy to se the community still buzzing along - My post here is as I was looking back over my build threads:

I found all of the pictures no longer visible, with a Photobucket icon in their place, citing "deleted by the user". I can confirm this has not occurred, and all of the photo are still in place, so queries are:

Has there been a change to the Forum no longer allowing Photobucket?
Is anyone aware of a change at Photobucket affecting IMG link code? (i.e. an issue reported previously by other members?)

If there is a quick way to resolve, please let me know and I'll resolve the old stuff with equivalent images
