in all honesty don't really have anything to tow so not really fussed about a towbar at this very moment. At some point in future a lightweight wheel + toolbox trailer like your original plans Knightrous would be all I'm really after. And that would still only come in handy for trackdays, which this car isn't really track focussed.

Whereas at this point in time a better sounding exhaust would reap rewards every time I turn the key :P

Just get a better exhaust, HKS exhausts are far more common then AW11 towbars ;)

Yep. Would likely fit a stock exhaust though.

If you're handy with a welder or know someone who is, the bracing bar that runs underneath to the engine mount could be lengthened / adjusted / remade etc.
It's a pretty awesome tow bar actually. Feels very heavy duty and unbreakable.

Hi all,

So I'm selling the Tow bar I just bought for my AW11 as it doesn't fit with the low hanging HKS muffler setup.
Pretty disapointed to be honest but I'll try and find another option that works.
I've listed it on Ebay and Gumtree at $179 negotiable. I spent roughly $50 just on postage to get it from Qld to my place in Kenthurst, NSW.

Its a pretty rare item this so if you've wanted a tow bar for your Adub this is your chance.
Pickup is preferred as its heavy (14kgs) and an awkward size.
