For example, if you want to put the Camry 3.625 diff into the MR2 gearbox (4.285 diff), you need the entire output shaft from the Camry gearbox (all gears removed), the Camry gearbox oil pump and the diff. You then have to remove all your MR2 output shaft gears and fit them onto the Camry output shaft.
Re: E153 diff ratio options (Eric)

Camry final drive will fit from memory, a few v6 people have done it
E153 diff ratio options (DougsGTO)

Hi, I have a 1MZFE in a 1990 MR2. The current box appears to be a non LSD V6 Camry 5 speed, but I want to swap this over with a spare LSD E153 that I have, (I have the complete disk to disk rear end). I however I think I would prefer to use a taller diff ratio.

Question is will the non LSD Camry final drive fit in my LSD E153? Are there even taller ratio's available.

Regards Doug
