It looks at home on the track. I really like the addition of the side skirts, looks aggressive.

What a great contrast in colours in the 3rd photograph by Anthony Oh. Looks fantastic.

Quick 2017 MR2 Wakefield Park Challenge Remixed update:

Again it's been a great fun 2 days at the MR2 WP Challenge. The "Purple Lemon" managed to survived & enjoyed the 2 day challenge and achieved almost 1 sec quicker than my previous PB.

Full circuit - 1.12.43
Clubman circuit - 42.07

Engine - same engine, standard boost.
Brake - same old EBC yellow pads
Tyre/wheels - upgraded 17' wheels. 7.5 wide front & 8.5 rear. Toyo R888R 205/40/17 & 235/40/17.
Body - side skirts added

I still don't like the colour " /> Don't know how much the paint job was cost. Since it's only a track day & fun car, I am going to keep this colour for awhile and use the money on brakes, suspension & tyres.

2016 MTC update:

Once again it's been a great fun 2 days at the MR2 Track Day Challenge. I would like to say thanks to B24, Shaz and everyone else that helped. The "Purple Lemon" managed to survived & enjoyed the 2 HOT day challenge and achieved 0.3 sec quicker than my previous PB - 1.13.37.

Quick update:

Attend a great track day at Wakefield on Monday (5/10/15) with 3 other SW20 drivers (robk, MR Plow & Fast Eddie). It's been a fun/hot day. I had the same boost issue since beginning of the year at MTC, all day seeing the highest boost at 11.6psi. I was glad that I finally cracked my PB - 1.13.63 with the low boost issue & 32+ degree hot day. It took me 5 track days (since June 2014) to achieved this new PB from the previous 1.14.66.

Another thing that I was happy with was the recorded times seems pretty consistent through out the day,

1st timed session - 1.13.89
2nd timed session - 1.13.69
3rd timed session - 1.13.63

Besides robk (had silicon joiner issue), other two drivers also achieved their PB on the day and most importantly that 4 of us managed drive home safely after the 'HOT' drive day!
