For fans of my build thread you will know there was about 300 hours into this project. Started off as a Corolla CSX I have very carefully converted it to Corolla SX Spec with all the gear from a Corolla SX Seca. The dash, wiring loom, interior,

Recently sourced near perfect trims around the car (including very neat B Pillar seats (except for rear C pillar ones)

Comments
- Clear coat is peeling on the drivers side, and there is some rust around the front and rear windscreen. Scratch on dash pad.
- A/c compressor is on and lines included except receiver drier and 1 line off that) but it needs connecting and a/c gas.
- Drivers side door hinge stopper (stops door over extending when you open), the 2 spot welds have come off and need to be welded back on
- Surface rust on roof sills and patches of rust showing on rear and front windscreen
- Scratch on dash pad (very easy to replace the dash pad on these cars)
- Motor seems to be running great, I think there is a bit of smoke on first start up occasionally, smells like fuel though so I have a feeling the cold start injector may be leaking.
- The above issue could be valve stem seals but I can't see any smoke when the cars been idling once the car is running (say taking off at lights)
- Excellent power
- No radio included
Would make a stunning track car. May consider selling it unregistered if your interested in this option.
Test Drives welcome but please no test pilots.
