As our MR2 is in surgery (The engine carbonned up, so it appears I was not driving it hard enough), and Kaylene is still not 100% from hers so we won’t be attending the run but will join you all for lunch to catch up.

UPDATED RUN INFORMATION

The Run Manager and I did the recon on Monday and there are some details we can share before the Run Sheet is PM'd out.

1. The starting point has been changed, so instead of the BP at The Gap we are now meeting in the car park at Ferny Grove Railway Station. This is to facilitate a better start to the Run and so we get some really good twisties almost straight away. Same direction, same area, same intended roads, just a simpler way to get going.

2. The starting time is meeting at Ferny Grove at 10.00am for a 10.30am departure. This is to help all those party people we have get out of bed just that bit later.

3. The Run distance is about 160km, so shorter than most, and we aim to be at the farewell stop between 2.30pm to 3.00pm.

A good lunch stop has been booked with reserved seating for us and we will be getting there at about 12 noon, so no morning tea stops.

Thanks to everyone who has said they are coming and hope to see everyone there.

I won't be able to make this run unfortunately. I'll be in northern NSW avoiding the twisty roads in a minivan.
