Wuss. You missed out on getting to stand around in the rain for three hours too.
It was all good though, with 11 MR2s entered to equal the Corolla numbers that always dominate so that's not bad. Of course ONE more and we would have beaten them.

Yeah I know I'm a wuss. Ah well......................
Pics look like it was a great turn out despite the rain. & good to see Dwayne's trip up from ACT was well worth the drive.

Congratulations to Dwayne from the ACT on taking out the trophy for best MR2. His 1991 SW20 was only acquired very recently.

Got half hour down the road and decided driving in the rain for 2 hours to get there isn't going to be pleasant. So, sorry guys but I'm out. :-(. I'm sure it will still be a good day despite the rain.

Radar is showing LOTS of cloud and thats all I can see outside. There is not even any mist here at moment but dont know how long that will last. head outside soon and do some tidying up of the car.

Weather looks ok for tomorrow. :). Only slight chance of or intermittent rain between 12 & 6. Could be a yuk drive from Newy, but aahhh well................

Ok everyone, just a reminder that this is on tomorrow rain or shine!

Please note that for those meeting at Homebush, we have changed the departure time to 10:50am just in case we get some traffic on the way there.
For those meeting us at Al's, we are aiming to be there by 11:30am.

Maybe bring along some of your detailing stuff, you'll see a few people adding some finishing touches in the carpark there (tyre black, quick polish touch ups etc) after the drive in.

Other than that just enjoy the afternoon :)

I was just about to email the office manager to ask for Friday off work to make sure my baby is looking schmick.
" /> left it a few minutes too late. She just emailed me to tell me she is taking the day off.

Aahh well........... good thing I spent a few hours this Saturday shining & detailing like never before. A little time Friday afternoon before it gets too dark & she'll be all good.................. maybe not compared to some of you guys, but I'm happy to make up numbers.
