I've got a spare with all teeth in tact - it's out of a half cut and I ran power through it and it went up and down nicely.
Could post to perth I think, but they are pretty flimsy ... PM me if interested..

It's easy to pull the motor out and check the gear, and it's very likely to be the problem. Definitely check it first before pulling out the whole reg.
New motor gear can be bought from TwosRUs

edit: actually I'm pretty sure I have a spare gear in my toolbox... let me know if you need it

I have a regulator here you can have. It has good teeth at a glance. Better look tomorrow. Just got that with the cables and runners. No window. But the motor gear has stripped teeth.

I haven't pulled it apart yet but the skipping doesn't seem frequent enough to be the motor. It only jumps 3 times from bottom to top. But I'm not 100% so I'll have to pull it apart when I get the chance.

Is it deffinitly the regulator gear missing teeth and not the motor gear? Its more common of the motor gear to strip first.

Hello guys, the auto close put a bit too much pressure on the window regulator gear and snapped a tooth so I'm looking for the whole window and regulator, preferably in Perth but will to look elsewhere. If someone just has the gear that would also be appreciated.
