Any of them you could prob pull down $1k on those prices - ie auto gen1 sw20 hardtop not exactly sought after!! & you could prob offolad about $1k in parts out of it making a track car (& there's a set of tein coilovers for $250!)

price drop on conversion - now $4500!
Re: Fs: (vic) Want to build a v8 mr2? The guys over there are pretty crazy on putting any kind of conversion into an MR2. If there was a way to fit it or a process to be worked out for making this kit work, they will do it. Maybe they can get it to fit as you say with some minor work (unlike the previous V8 builds).
2. To try and actually help you sell this package. $5k is a lot of cash to the locals on here, but it's only ~2500GPB to the Europe guys (while still not cheap) it might be something that works into their budgets for such a conversion.
Re: Fs: (vic) Want to build a v8 mr2? I'm happy to attach it to the box & take measurements /pics - then its up to a potential buyer - I'm not going to get hold of a sw20 & set it up for you I'm afraid

& just re-reading the above posts - I never said it would fit without any trimming of firewalls etc - however lots of engineers will still allow that sort of thing - I would suggest talking to engineers beforehand (& no I'm not going to do it for you) The project I'm working on will require some chassis mods (irs conversion from solid axle) & my engineer wants to inspect major body mods / cuts & suspension changes.
Re: Fs: (vic) Want to build a v8 mr2? Neither do i happen to have a ls motor. All i had to work off was the dimensions of a ls2 motor, & working on the fact that a 2gr fitted (which i have here) I figured that it should fit. End result is that it's not my kit, I'm just trying to sell it off to recoup $$. I'm not going to invest days in trial fitting a motor setup just to provide pics. Not unless someone is going to pay for my time...
Re: Fs: (vic) Want to build a v8 mr2? V8Archie ls1/ ls2 kit (Knightrous)

Unless you can provide detailed photos of an LSx motor and the rest of this package swinging in an SW20 engine bay, no one is going to take a $5k punt on something that is most likely not going to work.

There are plenty of SW20's laying around in VIC with no motors in them :D Borrow one for the day and drop the package in. If it fits and all the drive shafts line up, you've got solid evidence that this is the "Worlds first non-cut n shut V8 conversion kit". Which I'm sure Paul Woods would pay handsomely for....
