Hey I've heard they're 4agze specific, I think due to the different mounting.

I don't think it's the regulator, but I don't have a way to test it myself, I'm assuming alternator at this point as I'm getting the 'dash o lights' issue.

I believe there is a model of Camry with the same alternator or regulator. Trdee had to a wreckers run one fateful Wakefield track day and I believe this was his solution.

I have one from a smallport, not sure if they're the same. Can send a pic of the plug type

Did you get yours tested? And is it the regulator that failed? When mine went up in smoke a year or so back we found that although the Toyota specific part was unavailable, the regulator from a Mazda RX3 was the same.

Hey all, as per the title, chasing an alternator to suit a 4AGZE. I'm located in Brisbane :) failing any on here, where can I buy one?
