Gen3 transplant Air Con not working (thitch2)

Another issue has come up have had the Aircon regassed today now with gas correct you have to maunally
energize the magnetic clutch to get it to work what is strange it is an Aussi delivered gen3 NA that has had the transplant
Gen 3 turbo installed I did not think there was a difference given both setups were gen3.
