hi mate, these are brand new, havent ever been installed before.

its significantly reduces the front/rear engine movement for far better response and significantly increase the life of your engine mount. these inserts will even work with a broken stock mount.

as these are inserts only, the vibration is no where near as much as a solid urethane mount. it retains the stock mount for a balance between rubber and urethane.

these inserts are for the front and rear mount only. (not the side mounts)

I'm sure it doesn't matter to much but are these new or used? and whats the benefit of poly? less engine movement? more vibration?
