Custom TRD, find his build threads, he does lots of custom stuff, check out the tailights closer.

Yeah all looks TRD widebody exept boot and blending the ducktail into the TRD rear panels

Doesn't look off the shelf, I'd say it's custom based off the TRD kit as you mentioned.
The duck tail wing looks custom as well, there have been a couple of similar ones as well, mostly custom. Madpsi make a ducktail boot lid which is kind of similar

I was strolling through the various forums on the internet when I came across this photo on an MR2 forum.

it looks like the bottom is based on the 2000gt wide body but there are some slight differences and it doesnt look quite as wide. but the wing..... i have never seen before! I was about to buy a toms set but after seeing this..... i am mesmerized.
