4AG(Z)E Rebuild Service (ozhummer)

Hi Guys,

I've decided to draw from my experience rebuilding the 4AG(Z)E engines and offer a rebuild service. At this stage I want to gauge interest to see if it is something people will take up.

My idea is that you drop off your engine, I have made arrangements to have all the machining done by one of the countries best and longest established companies. They will rebuild the head, bore, hone, deck, acid clean the block, grind/linish the rods, crank. Will also surface the flywheel.

I will assemble the engine using all new parts this will include:

Pistons ( Forged for the AGZE )
Rings
Bearings
water pump
oil pump
plugs
leads
dizzy cap, rotor
clutch (several different ones available)
new head bolts ( ARP Studs are an option )
All new gaskets/seals
Serpentine Belts
Timing Belt + Bearing
Silicon Vacuum hoses
Spark Plugs
Head Gasket (MLS for AGZE)
Thermostat
Temp Sensor (Both)
Oil filter
Oil

Assembly will include
Dizzy rebuilt with new bearing and seal
Injectors cleaned and tested.
TPS Set
TVIS (AGE) cleaned, and set
Intake Bead blasted and cleared of carbon build up
Cams set (Fixed)
New Bolts throughout
Cam covers bead blasted and painted
Engine will be bench run and tuned, inc AFM calibration

I'm just looking to see if there is any interest at this stage - I'm yet to finalise pricing but it's going to be very good.

If it looks like a goer, Then I think this thread should move to for sale, or somewhere else ..
Turn around time should be about 2-3 weeks.
