Go to jaycar and get them, you need 2 x 10uF 25V capacitors. They are 30c each, get some solider wick (copper braid stuff) while you are there to make removing the old ones easier. It tool me all of 5 min once the cluster was apart to replace them, I didn't even remove the needle or face off the tach to do it.

thanks anyway, i do have a pdf file explaining how to do it, might give it a shot, myself, anyone know were to buy the capacitors from?

If you are in Brisbane ill replace the capacitors for you.. they cost all of like 60 cents and don't take long to do... It fixed my tach only a couple of weeks ago.

I have a 1990 JDM GT cluster if you are after the tacho. It may require a needle for the speedo (did a mechanical to electric conversion)
Let me know if you need any part or the whole thing. Will try to put up pics also

After a cluster for a 10/92 build NA aus,

both tachos have stopped working, so instead of doing the capacitors would prefer to see what people have from part outs,

Some recaros/sparco/bride seats and rails to suit an sw20 92 model
