Just picked my car up from painter could not fit snorkel or trd wing as they don't fit so I waited over 5 months and they are crap

dont know just yet dropping it to the panel shop tomoz were my car is,but in saying that it does look quite impressive

tell me about it, i also order a drivers side bomex snorkle through him and my panel beater is telling me it doesnt fit so i am going to have to get moderfiied by a fibre glasser hoping he can make it fit

I can't win now when I enter the tracking # it's telling me item has been returned to sender on the same day it was lodged and guess what no response from Motorkitz about what's going on

let me tell you what has happened to me,
i ordered a Carbon Fibre TRD wing through Motorkitz on 5 May i was told it would be shipped to me in the second week of June when that time came around no spoiler was told a 2 week delay well on the 27th of July my spoiler arrived finally when i opened the box to my suprise it was the wrong spoiler so after waiting 3 months it the wrong 1,i contacted MotorKitz and he arranged to have it picked up the next and i was told on the on the 5th of August i was told the correct spoiler would be Airfrighted out to me by the end of that week,so i waited 2 weeks after that time still no spoiler contacted him and was told there was a delay and that it would be shipped out to me on 20th of August so i waited and waited and waited on the 11th of September after trying to contact him many time he replys telling it was shipped to me in the 1st week of september ,he can not provide me with a tracking # or the date it was shipped and tell me to be patiant so i wait and i wait and i wait some more while my car is sittng in a paint shop waiting for this spoiler to turn up and by this time i am getting a little pissed,i tried contacting him mamy many times to reply well finally i get a Email yesterday 3 rd October with a tracking # FINALLY WOO HOO ,so i trie and track down were my spoiler has ended up after being sent a month ago and to my suprise its not showing that it is active so i contacted him and told him and you wouldnt beleive the response i got,the reason its not active is because the courier in hong kong i scheduled to pick it up today the 4th of October so after waiting 5 months and given 4 fake despatch dates i believe its on its way,i hope to christ its the wright 1 this time as my patiance is gone and im over all the bull**** he has spun me ,so i have had my little rant and i will never deal with them again as they are full of false promises.
