the original drivers guard was the worst panel on the car. Scored another the other day - much better Now the car’s ready for prep 🙂 It’s actually a lovely shell ....

Nice. Really like that idea on a modified car.
Reckon it will look smart and the business from the rear.

So the panel beater died - crashed into a fence on the way to mine to working on the car - but he died doing what he liked - riding a bike - like a maniac - good for him! (At least he finished the car). The cosworth is going on the motec, driving and stopping. Running it on 6x13 rebels. Vented front discs. T5. No cutting of anything. I’ll wait until the COVID rubbish is out of the way and get it engineered - and that’s it! It’s a clean little car, runs sweet!

Hi Spud, I was wondering when we would see some more updates from your projects. Always good to see how they are going and so many at once. Shame to hear about your panel beater. I like this Cosworth conversion, pretty rare to see one in Australia. Where are you plumbing the air filter to?

It runs into a cone air filter that sits down below/ between the engine and battery The panel beater died as a bit of a non event all things considered- a colourbond fence in Wandin vic- he lived a colourful life - in and out of the slammer, chases on the bike.. - a really nice guy actually Brought this one the other day - plan to turn it back into a street car (with the cyclone v6)
