UNKNOWN CONDITION OF A KENT 1100 OR 1300 COMPLETE ENGINE DESIRABILITY

Hi allhave been made aware of a 1100 or 1300 complete engine left out in the weather on its side with no rain water getting inside engine. Rust has ruined Carby and Linkages.
