Tuning carbs for under load on stands

Just had an idea, may sound silly but want to see what you think... First of all installed R1 carbs on a 2.0 mk2 escort. I've got a gunson colortune on the way, which may be good for tuning the idle mixture, but obviously a wideband would be perfect to take readings while under load/cruise to tune m..

Custom fuel rails
