Cam Shaft

just wondering if there is a way of finding out what type of cam I've got Mine is stamped RNZ on the rear of the shaft and by #2 cylinder on H10 and by #3 cylinder is the Ford logo. Is there a way by means of using some special tools to work out lift and duration ect thanks Norris..

yes its been a long time and playing with landcruiser in between makes me forget. I got castrol edge oil last time can't remember which one i should get its good stuff but due for a change. do i want the 5w-40 or 25w-50?..

how to check if head is unleaded??

hi all i just go rego on my car and about to put a tank of petrol in and this just came to mind. i have no idea if its an unleaded head or if i have to add in the additive. will it harm my motor if i add the additive anyway? does anyone know how i can check? any help as this is urgant! ..

hi guys i took apart my head after finding a blown head gasket. i came accross the cam and realised that its not standard ford camshaft and has double valve springs. the stamping on the cam reads: UK S-723 GC0916 K355-C if anyone could help be figure out what cam this is that would be..

Size of oil pressure fitting

G'day guys, Now that I have some decent oil pressure, the factory gauge on my RS is now leaking oil and I have a drip in the car. Off the block I have a t peice as I run a secondary aftermarket gauge. I intend to get the factory gauge fixed, but I want to temporarily just run the aftermarket gaug..
