Suspension banging

Peoples, I have just put new Gaz inserts, Kmack 1 1/2 in lowered coils and adjustable strut tops in the car. The issue is a hard banging sound from the left front suspension, not all the time and over different types of bumps and joins in the road surface etc. The problems I can think of are, loose..

Fitting Monroe Inserts Question

Hi Guys My strut saga continues. After destroying 1 strut trying to get the inserts out (remember that old post) I got some new struts and went to fit the Monroe 24-0915 inserts and they are about 8mm short. I assume there is meant to be a bump stop or packer at the bottom of the strut. Does anyone..

front suspension units

hey all, Unfortunately i was driving my 1970 capri the other day and this gutter jumped out in front of me and i ended up bending my drivers side front suspension unit. i have bilstien inserts with king springs and adjustable strut tops. I'm looking for a replacement unit and cant seem to find one...

fuel injection
