I just bought a cheap 1600 (not Gt) for panels for my V6. I dont know anything about the 1600's. Is the engine, gearbox and diff the same as the GT or different? Do they have any value?..

wanted - clutch release thrust bearing carrier

Hello all I have recently been able to find a replacement gearbox (after 13 months) for my MK1 V6 Capri In that time i have managed to loose the clutch release thrust bearing and the carrier that holds it to the clutch fork I now have a new bearing but not way to hold it to the clutch fork Does anyo..

Lowering my Capri Mk 1

Hi all, Spent a bit of today fitting lowered King springs to the front of my Mk 1 Capri. Got one side done dropped it and it looks like no drop has happened? I realise it may be that the original springs were worn and all I have done is stiffen rather than lowering. Anyone else had this problem? ..

Headlight switch MK1

Mk 2 v6 for sale
