Rubber kits for Capri Mk 1

Ok who's had a good experience with Rubber Kits/suppliers for Capri Mk 1. So far I've been told Scotts Old Rubber is ok Same with Rare Spares-pricy, and stay clear of Bill Thompson.Are there any other good local/Australian suppliers or do I have to look overseas as usual for Capri Mk1...

now illegal to register cars on 13"' ?

Does anyone have more info regarding this?VicRoads are planning to ban cars running 13"' rims now can't be re registered.Something to do with lack of tyre availability......

Drivers side steering rack movement?

Hi guys,with the wheels on and the car jacked up, if i move and wobble the drivers side wheel there is a fair amount of up and down movement inside the rack on the drivers side. Brake pedal looses height MK1

Anyone encountered this brake problem on a MK1 Capri.New everything, booster, master cylinders, re-fuirb calipers, new rear cylinders.Bled the master cylinder, bled the brakes (absolutely no air) and the pedal is great.
