V6 distributor overhaul

Can anyone tell me how to remove the bushes/ bearings in a V6 distributor and if you can buy new ones. My white Capri smashed its housing when the advance weight fell off. I have another one now thanks to JR but it's got play. My original is good but would need to swap them over. I have had it s..

V6 Capri Burnt Clutch Cable

Have a Mk1 V6 Capri where the clutch cable has burnt in the past on the exhaust manifold? There is a bracket someone made to lift the cable off the exhaust but this has finally rusted away. What do other owners do to get around this problem?..

straight 6 falcon motor in a mk2 capri

hi all,new to the site, but looking for a bit of info/ help. i have a mk 2 capri and looking at doing a engine conversion, v8 maybe if can find correct one. v6 from explorer would be interesting as im aware they have same bolt pattern as the older v6 out of capris,grandas etc.but what i was thinking..

New Capri Front Valance (stone Tray) Anyone?

I am about to order a new front valance from Ex-Pressed in the UK. They actually have stock so there is no delay. They do a "Skin Only" and have quoted me 190 uk pounds plus freight of 130 pounds. This makes 1 valance about $570, bit pricey. But, 2 or 3 can go in the same pack for the freight price,..
