air conditioning now mandatory for RWC
So it seems in the next bid to outlaw our cars, having air cond is now a roadworthy requirement, at least in Vic.As of start Aril, any vehicle needing a RWC must be fitted with AC, existing fan is not sufficient.First it was banning 13"rims, now this.. (Hey, it's tradition ;))..
