Hockey sticks- bootstrips

HI has anyone purchased phils rotary's (aka China) trims. I was speaking to a guy who had bought a boot strip and he reckons they are about 10mm shorter.??? Other than taking my stuffed one down there and measuring it. thoughts...

Front ride height/Kings springs

I've just replaced the front coils on my V6 with Kings standard height coils. I thought the car looked too high at the front after installing them but Kings said the Ford specs specify the distance between the middle of the hub and the bottom of the guard should be 360mm which mine now is give or ta..

mirror spacers

I'm not sure if this is the best place for this, as you can see from the photo I have 5 mirror spacers 3 appear to be Capri passenger side spacers and 2 look like Escort drivers side spacers. I could possibly "make" a drivers side spacer out of one of the Escort ones but i'm trying to avoid that.Que..

GT Gearbox Vent?

Hi guys . Its probably a stupid question. On top of my 72 GT manual gearbox there are 4 round holes that are about 1cm each. 3 are blocked and not really holes whilst the front nearside one is open to the inside of the gearbox. Capri V6 Essex D port Air Cleaner

I have D port motor. Does anyone know what Weber carby they run on these. Trying to get an air cleaner rectangular type filter to suit.This is only a temporary motor while my main motor is out for rebuild. My main motor is triples so unable to borrow one of the filters...
