As people might know I originally bought a 2door RS to rebuild but have since found it is rather bent and (economically) beyond repair - so a re-shell is the order of the day. So, the following pic..

Update 2

Progress so far. New Hilux/hiace diff housing has been manufactured, and painted. New bearings machined hubs, new long studs, new bearings to diff. Rear wheel arches tubbed, fiberglass arches bonded and blended into the body, rear half of car resprayed awaiting rubbing and polishing Boot stripped ..
